INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW DECREE 196/2003 ON SAFEGUARD OF PERSONAL DATA

According to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (“Rules for the safeguard of personal data”) our company M.P.&T. Engineering S.r.l., as Holder of personal treatment, informs that the treatment of personal data will be made for the purposes and expected conditions below described.

Nature of data and target treatment
Our company M.P.&T. Engineering S.r.l. will receive and treat only personal and exceptionally tax data; we don't ever require “sensitive” data (defined by art. 4 of Legislative Decree no.196/2003).
The personal data sent to M.P.&T. Engineering S.r.l. will be treated in order to pursue this target:
- following up the specific request communicated to M.P.&T. Engineering S.r.l. through his web site.

Duty to data conferment
The data conferment is necessary to allow M. P. & T. Engineering S.r.l. to treat data for the purposes above outlined. The eventual refusal to provide whole or part of personal data could involve the impossibility to go forward with request by the subject.

Data treatment mode
The data are organized in paper archives and in electronic databases; their treatment is made by hand, informatic and telematic tools and appropriate procedures to guarantee security and discretion always according to minimum security measures required by laws (Technical Disciplinary concerning minimum security measures, Annex B to Code on safeguard of personal data).

M. P. & T. Engineering's employees can be aware of personal data and in particular the employers of the commercial and administration sectors.

Practice of rights art.7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
At any time you can practise the rights expected by art.7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (text is reported below) and in particular you can require without any cost the rectification or erasure of data from electronic databases writing to M.P.&T. Engineering S.r.l. Viale della Fiera 14, Postal code 37136 Verona or sending an email to mpet@mpet.it.

Art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 - Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the processing is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning holder, processors and the designated representative as per Article 5 (point 2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or passed on, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
