San Martino Buon Albergo -Verona : The upgrading of an industrial building with annexed offices

The project aimed the unification of four adjacent and prefabricated warehouses in order to organize them into a one company where it could be find spaces for a logistic company, his administration office and another specialized company in production and marketing of cosmetics.

The building has constituted by prefabricated concrete elements in  precast concrete

The office area is an indipendet frame made by steel elements in order to get a more flexible space in the administration area.

In warehouse the heating system is made by floor heating panels while in administration area the air conditioning system is constituted by metallic radiating panels on the ceiling.
